DENVER, NC (May 31, 2017)- Two time national event winner in 2017 , Tanner Gray, continues his history making season and embarks on yet another venture to a foreign dragstrip this weekend at the fifth annual NHRA New England Nationals at New England Dragway in Epping, New Hampshire June 2-4, 2017.

Coming off his win at the 29th Annual Menards NHRA Heartland Nationals presented by Minties, Tanner will be looking to get his Gray Motorsports Valvoline Chevrolet Camaro SS back in the winners circle for the second weekend in a row, and 3rd time this season.

"Traveling to new tracks is exciting," the youngest NHRA National Event winner says. "I am not distracted by past performances, and can go out there with a fresh outlook, and drive the car to the best of my ability."

Gray currently sits 3rd in points and is looking to tighten the gap on another two time event winner, Bo Butner, and 4 Time World Champion, Greg Anderson, who is 60 points ahead.

"Coming off of an event win in Topeka definitely gives us a lot of confidence heading into this weekend," Tanner Gray says. "We are going to try and continue to make consistent runs that prove why we have the best car come race day. Our Gray Motorsports power falls second to none and we need to prove that during qualifying."
